The Centre for Transformation and Development (CTD) is an interdenominational Christian organisation started in 2012 to heed the call of God in response to the increasing legalism, secularism and nominalism in church. Her task is to be an agent of God to transform and develop the people of God through the Word, wisdom and empowerment of God so as to raise Christ-centred disciples and communities who are renewed in their minds and conformed to the image of God, thus fulfilling the Great Commission and Commandment wherever the Lord leads us to be. The three main aspects of our ministry is outreach, discipleship and community development.

This ministry is started by Chua Bian Hin and his wife Lee Shu Mian. Right after finishing his Engineering degree in NTU, Bian Hin went into full-time ministry. He served as a pastor at a church in Singapore before the whole family responded to the call of God to go Chiang Mai, Thailand as missionaries to pastor a church in Chiang Mai and a preaching point at Chiang Dao.

In 2012, they left the field to station back in Singapore to start the CTD ministry. He holds a MA (Biblical Studies) from Singapore Bible College, a MDiv from East Asia School of Theology and a MTh (Missions in Asia) from Trinity Theological College, Centre for Study of Christianity in Asia. Shu Mian holds a MA (Pastoral Work) from Asia Pastoral Institute. They have three sons Ezra, Luke (deceased) & Micah. The family is now worshipping at Toa Payoh Chinese Methodist Church in Singapore.
